Workspace activation
When you sign up and create a workspace, it starts active on the Free plan. You can connect a repository and run your first build right away, with no wait for our team.
Paid presets are still handled with you directly: billing, invoices, and pricing live outside the application. When you upgrade, the Loha team applies the new limit preset to your workspace.
Every workspace is in one of three lifecycle states:
| Status | What it means | What you can do |
|---|---|---|
| Active | The workspace is on (self-signup starts here, on the Free plan). | Full functionality, within your preset's caps. |
| Pending activation | Created by Loha staff ahead of onboarding, and not yet turned on. | Browse the dashboard, explore settings. Builds, repo creation, and webhook deliveries are blocked. |
| Suspended | Activated previously but turned off (end of contract, non-payment, customer request). | Read-only, same gating as pending. |
The Free plan
A self-signup workspace starts on Free:
| Cap | Free |
|---|---|
| Build minutes | 60 per usage period |
| Seats | 1 (the owner) |
| Resource classes | micro only |
| Parallel builds | 1 |
| Repositories | 1 |
Free is meant for trying Loha with one repository. A build that asks for a class other than micro is rejected at trigger time, and inviting a teammate needs a preset with more seats.
Moving to a paid preset
- Contact the Loha team. Pricing and the contract are agreed with you directly.
- Our team applies a limit preset to your workspace: a named bundle of quotas (build minutes per month, parallel builds, seat count, repository count) and the platform features your workspace can use.
- The new caps take effect immediately. Nothing about your repositories, pipelines, or build history changes.
Workspaces created by Loha staff on your behalf start in Pending activation and are turned on by our team once onboarding is done. If one is still showing the pending banner after you've signed a contract, contact our team.
Quotas after activation
Limit presets determine what your workspace can do:
| Cap | Unit | When it bites |
|---|---|---|
| Build minutes | Minutes per usage period (~30 days) | Counted on every pipeline run; the meter blocks new runs once the cap is hit. |
| Parallel builds | Concurrent runs | New builds are queued (or rejected, depending on entry point) once the cap is hit. |
| Seats | Active members + pending invitations | New invites are blocked once the cap is hit. |
| Repositories | Connected repos | New repo connections are blocked once the cap is hit. |
Usage minutes reset monthly. To raise a cap, change preset, or extend a contract, contact the Loha team; there is no self-serve upgrade flow yet.
Presets set the per-workspace caps above and the features listed below. The fixed platform limits (resource-class sizes, the 24-hour timeout ceiling, and .loha.yml configuration caps) are the same for every workspace; see Limits.
Features by preset
Every preset includes these features once they are generally available:
| Feature | Free | Starter | Professional | Enterprise |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Security issues | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
| Secret scanning on push | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ | ✓ |
More features join presets as they become generally available. Early-access features are turned on per workspace; ask your account contact.
What lives outside the app
- Invoices, payment receipts, tax-compliant PDFs, and procurement records
- Pricing negotiation and contract terms
- Payment status and overdue handling
If you need an invoice copy or a billing question answered, email sales@loha.cloud.
Need to change something?
- Change limit preset (more build minutes, more seats, larger resource classes): contact the Loha team. Staff applies the change in the admin panel.
- End your subscription: contact your account manager. Your workspace will be moved to Suspended at the end of your current term.
- Reactivate a suspended workspace: contact your account manager. Once outstanding terms are resolved we'll flip the workspace back to Active.
