Usage reports
Settings → Usage shows your plan limits and, below them, the monthly usage report.
What the report shows
- Build minutes used against your plan limit, number of builds and success rate.
- Average and p95 build duration, and the peak number of builds running at once.
- Minutes per month (up to six months) and per day.
- Usage by repository and by trigger. Workspace owners and admins also see usage by person.
Months are calendar months in UTC; the report also shows the Bangkok-time equivalent. Each build counts its duration rounded up to the next whole minute, in the month it finished.
A month marked partial started before detailed usage recording was switched on, so a few early builds may be missing.
Export
Use Export to download:
| File | Contents | Who |
|---|---|---|
| Summary (CSV) | totals and limits | all members |
| Repositories (CSV) | minutes per repository | all members |
| Daily (CSV) | minutes per day | all members |
| All builds (CSV) | one row per build, including who started it | owners and admins |
Files are UTF-8 with a byte-order mark, so Excel opens Thai text correctly. Every export is recorded in the workspace audit log.
PDF
Choose Printable report / PDF, then Print / Save as PDF and pick "Save as PDF" in your browser's print dialog.
The report is a usage statement, not an invoice.
API
The same data is available to API tokens with builds:read:
GET /api/customer/workspaces/{slug}/usage/reports
GET /api/customer/workspaces/{slug}/usage/reports/{YYYY-MM}
GET /api/customer/workspaces/{slug}/usage/reports/{YYYY-MM}?format=csv&dataset=summary|repositories|daily|runs
The usage.period.closed webhook includes links to that month's report.
